Poacher

Poacher is a 14 year old gelding. He stands 15.1HH, good solid bone. He has been used for team roping, at brandings, in parades, and has been to the mountains both as a saddle horse and pack animal. Has also been used to doctor stock in the pasture. Can be hobbled, loads good, has all his shots. This horse has been around a bit, but he has one flaw. He doesn't like women riding him. He is only for sale to a man, who is an experienced rider. That is why he is for sale, as my husband is the only one here who will ride him, and we have lots of other horses that need our time. This is the reason he is priced so low.

Amazing Blondie "Rowdy"

AQHA registered grey mare.
D.O.B. May 12,2005
Sire: Sans Amazing Dancer
Dam: Robin Sak Em San
This mare was started as a 2 year old and had about 20 rides on her. As she was going good we turned her out to pasture until April '08. Since then she has been ridden about 4 times a week. She has been ridden out by herself in the field, and used to bring in cows and horses from the pasture. She is very quiet. We will be taking her to the mountains with us at the end of August. Is good with her feet, and will have had shoes on for the mountains. Also has all her shots. Asking $3000 firm + GST.
She sells in foal to Hollywoods Showdown for March/April foal.

CS Navy Blue Mudd

CS Navy Blue Mudd or Muddy to us. Is simply awesome. He is fancy to look at, graceful,  easy to work with, simply a joy to be around. He is my current project horse and when sold will be greatly missed. So with this being said he has been hauled to lots of different events. Including 3 seasons of gymkhana (made it to finals all 3 years), english lessons, several horsemanship and working cow clinics, and he's been to the mountains twice. He is consistently placing in Hunter flat classes. Started on vertical jumps. In the western ring he is doing good. He has a nice slow western jog; and his slow lope is coming. Flying leads are also in the works. Seems to like doing reining patterns. I myself do not run him anymore on barrels or poles as my hearts not in it. Therefore I feel he dosen't do his best. The speed is there for someone who wanted to do it. I'm just not the person to take him down that path.  At gymkana finals in 2007 he placed 3rd in poles and was 2tenths of a second off the 4th place barrels time. Keep in mind I was not pushing him at speed yet as he was only 3. As a 4 year old he placed 3rd in the western pattern class at gymkhana finals. He was not in the speed events due to me concentrating on western pleasure instead of speed. However at the end of the 2008 season his speed times were better than the 1st place horse from our club. As a trail horse he took everything in stride be it river crossing, ledges, bears or my son who rode double with me.So as you can tell he can do anything you ask him and he learns quick. This winter you might even find him at the odd rope night or barrel jackpot. Now on to his pedigree. He is sired by Wright on and Muddy whose pedigree is full of world and NRHA champions. Smart little Lena is the #1 all time leading cutting sire, as well as high up in reining and working cow horse. His Dam's sire Blue Boy Doc Is the sire of a 3 time world champion heel horse. He has sired many NCHA/NRHA money earners as well as many rope horses. His grand sire Docs Presciption is still a leading sire of cutting and pleasure horses. He is a very sweet, attractive, grey, registered quarter horse standing 15.2HH.

Blain Eros "Rio"

Rio is a registered Canadian Horse. He is microchipped and DNA'd.
Since Dec' 09 Rio has been being ridden at a cutting barn by my Husband. At this arena they have a series of obstacles. He walk or can be sent at the end of the lead rope over a teeter totter, bridge, over jumps including jumping the barrels. In May of this year due to an inquiry on him we have started driving him single also. We hooked him up to a cart with shafts and off we went. It was like he had been driving steady the last couple of years. Video of this available. As of last Aug.'09 Rio has been shown in a couple of small English shows. He was shown in the novice flat classes. I have had him over trot poles and cross rails. But am waiting till next year to start him over more than that. Has been ridden out by himself. Used to move cows from pasture to pasture. We have also used him to drag a single harrow around the arena. He has been to one Cain Quam horsemanship clinic. Rio was started as a driving horse. He is good on both sides, stops, backs up, and turns to voices commands. He would make a good combined driving horse or carriage horse prospect. In Feb. 2009 we have started riding him again. What a good boy he's being. We have had no problems with him doing anything we ask. From the way things have been progressing with him, he will turn out very much like his brother. His full brother was sold as a police horse in summer of '07, please see Kelsey on our sold page. Asking $ 7000cdn plus GST Firm
